A Little About Us...

How it Began

The first car show was held back in 2018, at the location of Canamera Transport in Saanichton. It came to be with Doug Bradshaw, John Buck and an incredible group of organizers and volunteers all of whom have dedicated countless hours to insure the success of the show.

It came about when our dear friend, John Buck, had cancer. It was really important to Doug and the gang, that people understand that the show is put on because of John.

They raised $11,000 in that first year for the BC Cancer Foundation. The second year, they made it their mission to raise just as much for the BC Children’s Hospital.

Besides exploring the rows of specialty vehicles, the car show features a silent auction, live music, food, drinks, cotton candy, ice cream, and more.

“We have amazing volunteers and supporters along with numerous car enthusiasts that make the show and enable us to provide the means to support important causes close to home for us.”

The car show stresses that all food purchases and car registration fees are entirely by donation, with all proceeds going towards the charity.

People who want to show off their vintage cars while also raising money for charity still have time to register for the event!
